Warm-Up - 4 Classes
As a founding member, you’re locking in your rate before doors even open. Your four monthly classes come with priority access to our booking platform and the pride of being part of HEATD from day one. Your purchase today will be applied to your first full month of membership when HEATD opens.
Turn Up - 8 Classes
Founding members at this tier get a locked-in rate and eight classes a month to build real consistency in the heat. You’ll also be first to know about studio events, workshops, and everything we have coming. Your purchase today will be applied to your first full month of membership when HEATD opens.
All In - Unlimited
You’re getting unlimited classes, priority booking, early event access, a monthly guest pass, and 10% off all retail at a founding member rate that won’t come back. Studio Policies
Cancellation Fees
Membership Cancellations
Fees are automatically charged to the card on file. Please ensure your payment information is up to date to avoid any inconvenience.
Memberships cannot be canceled retroactively. Cancellations must be processed before the billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period.
Unused Classes
Membership Changes
Any unused classes expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next month. Be sure to book and attend your classes within the current cycle.
Changes to memberships can be made through your account or by contacting the studio. Members are allowed one membership change per calendar year to ensure fairness and prevent excessive usage.
Freeze Policy
Studio Etiquette and Late Arrivals
Memberships may be frozen once per calendar year for a duration of 2–8 weeks. This allows flexibility while maintaining your membership benefits.
Late arrivals may not be admitted once class has started for safety reasons. Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth experience for all members. A 5-minute grace period is allowed, but entry is not guaranteed after this time.
Healthy and Safety Clause
Respect Clause
By attending classes, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in heated fitness activities. Please consult with your physician if you have any concerns.
HEATD is committed to maintaining a positive and respectful environment. The studio reserves the right to revoke memberships without refund in cases of harassment, misconduct, or repeated policy violations.
Release & Consent
Founding Memberships
By purchasing a HEATD STUDIO membership, you consent to being photographed or recorded and allow use of your image for marketing and social media without compensation. To opt out, notify our team in writing before participation.
Founding memberships are limited and offered prior to the studio's opening. Founding members receive exclusive perks and a locked-in membership rate that will not increase while the membership remains active. Founding memberships must remain active to maintain founding pricing. If canceled, the founding rate cannot be reinstated.
